First time here?You will need to register to use Gomez University. It's free, quick, and easy for Gomez customers, partners, and employees. Just click on the Create new account link in the Login box on the right to go to the registration form. Make sure you use your corporate e-mail address when you create your account — personal addresses such as gmail will not register (that's how we make sure that you see the information you're looking for). Although it is not required, you might want to use your ExperienceFirst (or GPN) account login name for your training username, too, just to keep it simple. Free to Gomez customers, Gomez Open University is designed to help customers reach performance excellence by ensuring they know the techniques and skills needed to use the ExperienceFirst Platform effectively. The goal of this program is to provide the new users of the ExperienceFirst Platform with the training and best practice understanding they need to be successful and to help more advanced users get the most out of their Gomez tools. Gomez Open University currently offers more than 25 courses consisting of over 200 modules, covering different topics relevant to improving your Internet performance management skills and your company's presence on the web. Each module is several minutes in length, allowing you to select the topics you need for "just-in-time" training or for distributing your learning across available time. Courses are available 24 x 7 for access at your convenience. In addition to the tutorials, you can now view and download reference materials, check the training calendar and register for live training webinars, and find out the latest training news, all in one convenient training portal. This program is available free of charge to all Gomez customers. |
